An open, mobile-friendly platform that helps youth aged 16-25 discover, map, protect and promote cultural heritage — and build sustainable tourism ideas with digital tools.
Roots & Routes brings cultural heritage, digital storytelling and sustainable tourism together in a single open resource. It stays online and free after the project ends — a permanent tool for youth, educators, local authorities and the tourism sector.
Young people become cultural-heritage ambassadors and develop sustainable-tourism initiatives in their own communities.
Heritage is protected as a shared European value, with youth taking an active, visible role.
Open training modules give youth workers new, digital, ready-to-use methods and materials.

Each partner leads part of the platform — technical structure, training content, and youth digital storytelling — so the result reflects three cultures and one shared method.
